Candy Nation Holiday Pre Order Program
A pre-order item is a seasonal item that you are ordering before we have it in inventory.

For pre-order items, cancellations will only be accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

If you've paid for a pre-ordered product but have changed your mind about the purchase, you may request a refund by calling us at 610-326-4901. Candy Nation will refund 100% of your pre-ordered candy, as long as the request is made within 7 days of purchase.

Pre-ordered items must be purchased separately from the other items in your cart.

There is a slight chance that certain pre-orders may be delayed or canceled. If your order is delayed, you will be sent an email informing you of the new estimated shipment date.

Unable to order due to website error? 
Please contact us and describe the error in detail. What desktop or mobile web browser are you using? What steps did you take before the error occurred?
 
What happened to my order?
When your order ships, we immediately send a tracking number to your email. Please note: If you do not receive a response from Candy Nation within a reasonable amount of time, our email may be blocked by your spam filters or in your bulk email/trash folder.  Also, keep in mind that your tracking number may not show movement within the system until later at night when the delivery carrier scans at their sorting facility.
 
Cancel my order.
Absolutely we can cancel your order. Please be aware, orders that were shipped before you inform us cannot be canceled. Please contact us and write the words "CANCEL ORDER" in the comments.
 
Change my shipping address.
Unfortunately, we cannot change your shipping address due to credit card processing issues. Our processing partners require us to cancel your order. We ask that you re-order with our apologies.
 
We will happily add or delete candy from your order. Of course, if your candy already shipped we won’t be able to perform this service. Please contact us and write "ADD CANDY" or "DELETE CANDY" in the comments.
